This site is a property of PlacementBee, and by using this site, you agree to the terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

PlacementBee reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions periodically for necessary changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of these changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you agree with these Terms and Conditions, PlacementBee offers you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

1. Scope of Services

PlacementBee offers a platform where recruiters can select from a large database of pre-screened candidates. Candidates can advertise their profiles to get noticed by top recruiters. We also provide additional screening services like testing subject knowledge, pre-hire communication, and conducting interviews. While we facilitate the recruitment process, the final selection is made by the companies. We aim to ensure that all relevant candidates receive maximum exposure to potential recruiters.

We also provide specific packages to recruiters, and the screening is based on criteria set by them. We do not set recruitment criteria or participate in any agreements between employers and candidates.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

  • This website and its entire contents, including but not limited to media files, text information, video content, artwork, graphics, and software, are owned and licensed to PlacementBee. This ownership is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights.

  • PlacementBee respects the intellectual property of others and expects our users to do the same. You must not:

    • Modify copies of any material from this Site.
    • Use any illustrations, photographs, video, or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text.
    • Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right indicators from any material published on this Site.
    • Reverse-engineer or attempt to steal any software code from this Site.

3. Payment and Prices

  • We accept payment for our services only through online modes. We use reputable third-party payment gateways for receiving all payments. Please read the terms and conditions of these third-party vendors before making any payments to our Site.

    The prices of our services and products are subject to change at PlacementBee's discretion. PlacementBee reserves the right to set and modify the prices of its products and services.

4. Termination and Suspension of Services

  • You may terminate the services you receive from PlacementBee and delete your account via the account management page. Termination will deactivate your account and stop your access. To delete all data we have collected from your use of this Site, you will find that option near the end of the account management page. Once you confirm, we will delete your data immediately. Active subscriptions will stop, and you will not be billed for the next cycle.

    PlacementBee also reserves the right to terminate services if activities violate the terms and conditions or are deemed unethical. In such cases, you will not be billed for future cycles, but no refund will be provided if you have already made complete payments.

5. Disagreement Resolution

  • We will attempt to resolve any issues amicably. However, if negotiations fail, all legal disputes are subject to Kolkata jurisdiction only.
